Like many of my clients and community members, I am a Mom who is learning every day how to juggle a busy career and the needs of my family while trying to resist the habits and temptations that lead to increased stress, decreased health, and a constant battle to feel well, happy, and healthy.

The content, plans, suggestions and educational materials I (and we) share on these pages are a combination of my training, my real life experiences, and the key learnings I’ve had over nearly 25 years of helping busy women achieve a happier and healthier lifestyle. Not all of the items I suggest for women are easy. But, if you’re willing to work a bit, and you want to feel more energetic, more healthy, and just plain better, spend some time around here and let’s feel better together! 

The Secret to Living Well

If you want to feel your best, I believe you need to eat well, stay active and make the right choices when it comes to everyday decisions about your health and well-being. In simpler terms, we say you need to eat well, move well, and choose well.

Whether you’re following one of the hundreds of recipes we have in our Member Archive, joining us for a fitness class — on-line or in-person, or simply watching a video on proper nutritional balance, you will see our content typically falls into one of these three areas. If you get these things right, you will feel better and see what it means to be living well.
