This is a very satisfying snack or even side dish alongside a protein of some sort. I want to challenge you to make this dish as a snack, as a healthy alternative this month, December, to have on hand when you get the munchies. Instead of grabbing for the sweets, grab for this as a snack. The key, is preparing it! When you have the food ready to go, maybe all you have to do is heat it up, you are much more apt to grab for it. This snack/side dish will satisfy you for a lot longer than sweets.
