*PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The first 5 days of the challenge I will ask you to buckle down and cut out ALL inflammatory foods (including caffeine and alcohol) as I lead you through a healthy whole
foods detox for beginners. This detox is designed to optimize your liver function and set you up for feeling better than you could imagine! It is a fantastic way to jumpstart
your 21 day journey! Starting on Day 6 we will loosen the grip a bit and let you reintroduce a few foods as long as they do not bother you.
