*August 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge: August addition runs Monday, August 13 - Sunday, August 19th. Registration opens Monday, August 6th.
*7 days of simple, clean meals to help propel you along your clean eating journey! Breakfast and dinner recipes will be provided for you all 7 days, along with a detailed grocery shopping
list. Lunch is mainly made up of leftovers or salad suggestions.
*Designed for anyone looking to eliminate common inflammatory foods and clean up their diet. This is a doable, short term challenge you can do by yourself at the right time OR with the
group which is so FUN and MOTIVATING!
*Expect wholesome, nutrient dense, simple meals void of gluten, dairy, grains, all artificial sugars, soy, and trans fats. Expect animal proteins, healthy fats and oils, healthy
carbohydrates, spices, and fruits & veggies, emphasis on veggies!
*Educational videos on health and wellness topics that will help you along your health journey (see below for an example of an educational video from my last challenge in July)
*Exercise Incentive Challenge included with the August Challenge! If you need that motivate to move your body, this will be an invaluable addition! You will receive 3 home based,
follow along workout videos.
*Follow along on our private Facebook page during the 7 days for extra motivation and accountability! FB is highly recommended for this challenge as that is where the daily communication
